After your booking, you will receive access to our film project, which is used via the browser. We will also provide you with optional preparation material for the classroom. The film project is carried out in 3 to 5 groups, with at least one student per group using the film project on a device in the browser. Teachers are welcome to actively participate in the project.

The film project enables pupils and teachers to upload content such as photos and videos directly via the browser throughout the class trip. The results are uploaded using their own smartphone. The aim is to use these contributions to create an authentic and holistic memory film of the class trip that brings together the group’s experiences and impressions.

The idea of the film project is to capture beautiful and special moments of the class trip with your own smartphone. The pupils usually do this all by themselves. We guide the class. The film project takes place ‘on the side’, requires no extra effort and therefore does not affect the timetable of the class trip.

The film project is designed for pupils aged 14 and over.

After a maximum of 28 days, you will receive the finished film as a download link.

Once the class trip has been completed and all the content uploaded, we need around two weeks to create a professional souvenir film from the footage. You will then receive the finished film as a link to download or watch directly.

The finished film is around 10 to 15 minutes long and combines the highlights of the class trip with the impressions and contributions of the pupils and teachers. The result is an entertaining and lively review of the shared experiences.

We require the consent of the participants that we may process the photo and video recordings into a film. We provide a declaration of consent for this purpose. We do not require this, but you confirm to us at the time of booking that you will obtain and archive the consent. We will provide you with a template.

All personal data will be deleted from our servers three months after the class trip; this also includes all recordings.

The film project costs €6 per pupil and includes the use and implementation of the project as well as the professional production of the commemorative film.

Yes, you can cancel the project free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.

The film project is now available worldwide and can be carried out anywhere – whether in a city, in the countryside or by the sea. It is flexible and adapts to any environment, be it spring, summer, fall or winter. We are currently offering the film project in German and English to ensure an even wider reach and accessibility.
